Return & Refund Policy

At Soar Scents, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance oils, we have the following return and refund policy.

All sales are final. For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrance oils once an order has been shipped.

Fragrance is subjective, and individual experiences may vary. Differences in personal preference, perceived scent, strength, longevity, or similarity to another fragrance do not qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

Damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, contains the wrong product, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and affected item(s). Once reviewed, eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or stolen packages: Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Soar Scents is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during or after delivery. If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or you believe it was stolen after delivery, you must contact USPS directly to open a missing-mail inquiry or claim. We will provide available shipment and tracking information when reasonably needed to assist with your USPS inquiry.

Order cancellations and changes: We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Inspired fragrances: Soar Scents offers independently produced fragrance oils that may be inspired by or compared to well-known fragrances. Any third-party brand names referenced on our website are used only to help describe scent inspiration or comparison. Soar Scents is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with those brands or their manufacturers.
