Soar Scents sells fragrance oils for personal fragrance use. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products; however, fragrance perception varies from person to person.

Product appearance, packaging, labeling, scent characteristics, and availability may change from time to time.

Inspired Fragrances & Third-Party Trademarks

Certain Soar Scents products may be inspired by or compared to well-known fragrances.

Any third-party brand names, fragrance names, trademarks, or references appearing on our website are used solely for identification, comparison, and descriptive purposes.

Soar Scents is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or associated with any referenced designer fragrance brand or manufacturer.

Our products are not represented as authentic products manufactured by the referenced brands.

Product Use & Skin Sensitivity

Our fragrance oils are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Do not ingest fragrance oils.

Individual skin sensitivities and allergic reactions can vary. Customers should discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. A patch test before regular use is recommended, particularly for individuals with sensitive skin or known fragrance sensitivities.

Products should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale activity, or other misuse of our website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and product offerings may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or inventory errors.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided when available. Delivery dates shown at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

For packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact USPS directly to begin the appropriate missing-mail inquiry or claim. Soar Scents may provide available tracking or shipment information to assist with the process.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because fragrance oils are personal-use products, fragrance preference—including dissatisfaction with scent, strength, longevity, or perceived similarity to another fragrance—does not by itself qualify a purchase for a refund.

Damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing items should be reported according to the procedures and timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We work to process orders quickly. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification will be possible.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Soar Scents name, original logos, graphics, photographs, website content, product designs, and other original materials belonging to Soar Scents may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our permission.

Third-party trademarks referenced for fragrance comparison remain the property of their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to engage in fraudulent activity, violate applicable laws, interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or otherwise misuse our services.

Limitation of Liability
